1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Member", "User", "Player", or "you") and putrijp (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the putrijp website located at https://putrijp.cam and any associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the website, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using the Services in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and close your account.

putrijp is operated as an online entertainment and betting platform serving players across Malaysia, including those based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their geographic location within Malaysia.

2 Definitions

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account registered by a Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Member subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process conducted by the Platform in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Member using real money funds or bonus funds through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a specified amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be processed.
• "Services" means the online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and any other features available on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the putrijp website at https://putrijp.cam and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any activity listed under Section 9 of this Agreement that is expressly forbidden.
• "Personal Data" has the meaning given to it in Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010).

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on putrijp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. putrijp does not permit gambling by individuals under the age of 21. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
2. You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. You may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across all accounts.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Account.
5. You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from the Platform by putrijp.
6. You confirm that the funds used for wagering are from lawful sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on putrijp requires the submission of accurate and complete personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC (MyKad) number or equivalent identification, residential address, and a valid email address. Members must update their account information promptly if any details change.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. The verification process may require the submission of:

• A legible copy of a government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered Maybank, CIMB, or Touch 'n Go eWallet account);
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes warrant enhanced due diligence.

putrijp processes KYC documentation within one (1) to three (3) business days of receipt. Submitting false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

5 Deposits & Payments

putrijp accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrencies. Approved payment methods currently include: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• putrijp does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the prevailing market rate at the time of blockchain confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Member's responsibility.
• putrijp reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction if deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Member's Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering control.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
4. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours for verified accounts during operational hours. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to one (1) business day.
5. Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
6. putrijp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds before processing.
7. Withdrawal requests found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Prohibited Activities will not be processed and the relevant Balance may be forfeited.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

putrijp offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Each Member may claim each promotion once only, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited.
• Wagering Requirements must be met using real money wagers on eligible games. Certain game categories (e.g., some live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all toward wagering requirements — this is specified per promotion.
• putrijp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") to claim bonuses repeatedly is a Prohibited Activity and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

8 Gameplay Rules

The following rules govern all wagering activity on the Platform:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or professionally operated live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by putrijp.
• Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Member.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, putrijp reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Account.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of disputes regarding settlement, putrijp's decision is final.
• Maximum payout limits per wager, per game, or per day may apply. These limits are displayed in the relevant game information or betting interface.
• Bets placed on voided events will be settled as void and the staked amount returned.
• putrijp reserves the right to limit, suspend, or cancel a Member's wagering activity if there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation, collusion, or use of prohibited strategies.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the putrijp Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, forging identification documents, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
2. Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through third parties.
3. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of any unlawful activity.
4. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games.
5. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technological aid to play games or place bets without human intervention.
6. Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors will be voided.
7. Bonus Abuse: As described in Section 7 above.
8. Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the Platform for any commercial or business purpose not expressly authorised by putrijp in writing.
9. Under-Age Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the putrijp Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game assets, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of putrijp or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, putrijp, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond the Platform's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Decisions made based on inaccurate odds or game information resulting from data feed errors promptly corrected upon discovery.

In all circumstances, putrijp's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

putrijp collects and processes personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010) and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes information provided during registration, KYC verification, payment transactions, and usage data generated during your interaction with the Platform. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised service delivery.

13 Responsible Gambling

putrijp is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders and hard time-out controls.
• Self-Exclusion: Members experiencing gambling-related harm may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications can be configured to remind Members how long they have been playing during a session.

14 Account Termination

putrijp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or Prohibited Activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Under-age registration;
• Request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Member.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, putrijp reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, legitimate funds will be returned via the original payment method following completion of any applicable withdrawal procedures.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team at the email address provided in Section 17 of these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

putrijp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits putrijp's right to seek immediate injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform or breach of intellectual property rights.
